Needs Assessment. Identify the needs of your potential customers and assess service delivery gaps.
Program Scoping & Design. Analyze your organization’s capabilities to deliver new programming and design programs that the organization can reasonably accomplish.
Implementation Planning. Develop project plans to launch new programs, including schedules, timelines, and responsibilities. This may also include designing new organizational structures to handle these tasks.
Program Launch. Roll out the program, including training of and transition to permanent staff. Some amount of change management may be helpful in ensuring the success of the project.
Sustainability. Develop methods that allow an organization to evaluate program success and continuously improve processes.
